Windows Steps:

1. Unzip the downloaded file: Key Skills Trial – Win.
2. Double-click the “Setup.exe” installer.
3. Select an install location or accept the default of C:\Program Files. A folder “Key Skills Trial” will automatically be created in your chosen install location.
4. Click Install.
5. Two applications are installed: “Key Skills Trial” is the student application and “Key Skills Management Tool Trial” is the teacher management application. Both can be found in your Start menu > Programs > Sunburst directory.

 

Macintosh Steps:

1. Unpack the downloaded file: Key Skills Trial – Mac.
2. Double-click “Install Key Skills”.
3. Click Choose to select an install location, or accept the default location. A folder “Key Skills Trial” will automatically be created in your chosen install location.
4. Click Install.
5. You may be prompted by the operating system to authenticate with your administrative user name and password. Enter your credentials and click OK.
6. Two applications are installed: “Key Skills” is the student application and “Key Skills Management Tool” is the teacher management application. Both can be found in the “Key Skills Trial” folder in your install location.
